Teach people to focus on the present, and essentially, to grow up. You are a great example of how to give support and how to offer challenges that permit one to learn and grow.

At first impression, people may not truly believe in you but, when they get know you a little more deeply, they discover a very wise and powerful person they will always respect thanks to your superior skills and experience. This is an impressive trait, as it shows that even with an evident flaw, you can not only command respect but have this “muddled speech” respected as wise wordings. You demonstrate that failings are not failings; they can be used to enhance who you are.
